TOKYO, March 15 — Low-level radioactive wind
from a quake-stricken nuclear power reactor in northern Japan could
reach Tokyo within 10 hours, based on current winds, the French embassy
said in a statement today.
The statement, posted on its
Japanese website, urged French citizens in the city to stay indoors,
close the windows and not to panic. — Reuters
